Banner Stand Graphics — FTP Instructions
NEW INSTRUCTIONS! PLEASE READ!
Placing graphic files on the DiscountDisplays FTP site is easy, fast and free. There are a few simple steps to follow and
you can have all the files you want produced placed on our site and ready for production.
- Please place all art files in a folder. Please name the folder by client name and purchase order number.
- Compress files using software such as WinZip or StuffIt. All compressed files must be under 500MB.
- Access the FTP site by web browser or FTP software and enter ftp.handbookart.com in the host name field. You will not need to enter a user ID or password.
- Once you have logged into the FTP site, click on the "upload files" button. You will be able to select files from your desktop to upload. After the files are selected, please choose the "begin upload" button.
- When the transfer is complete, please send an email to info@discountdisplays.com with the file name and any other critical graphic information related to the job. All orders should be placed with your sales representative.
- We would now like to offer our clients the opportunity to have their own folder on our FTP site. This will help to organize artwork more efficiently. If you would like your own folder on ftp.handbookart.com please contact jsabula@orbusinc.com.
